- The Bali Zoo is open daily from 09.00 AM – 05.00 PM , except Nyepi (Silent day)
- Minimum booking are 2 person traveling together

- Shows and schedule is subject to change without prior notice due weather conditions

- All transfers are based on seat in coach basis

Cancellation Policy
- Any Cancellation after deposit will be charged 25% from total estimated budget
- Any cancellation 1 (one) day before the trip will be charged 50% from total estimated budget
- Any cancellation on the same day/no show will be charged full
